Rathna Construction was initially registered as an incorporated company under the business name ordinance (Cap 149) incorporated by Business Names status No.1. 22nd od may 2003 under Registration number ha/s/2/2224 at the Southern Provincial Council and is one the leading establishment in Sri Lanka engaged in the fields of. Road Development, Building Construction, Hiring of construction heavy machineries, material supplying ect.
The Company is very proud to declare that the construction section has been among a few companies that are in possession of the highest level in grading (i.e) Grade C1 by the construction industry development Authority (CIDA), the governing body of the construction industry in sri lanka. The company has sucessfilly completed several multi roas development projects awarded by the government of Sri Lanka and also several large Private sectoe projects in the past.
The management structure of the organization is headed by the chairman Mr. K.G. Rathna Kumara whose experience and knowledge in the fields of construction and transportation could be matched by only a few in the country.
